Winter nights draw in
fires are lit to beat the cold
But the warmest glow
can be found in my heart
the glow of love for you

Trees loose their leaves
I care not
as long as i never loose you

A winter sun gives a brief glimpse of joy
through the darkened skies
but it does not comfort as much
 as your arm through mine

Snow covers all within view
and ice freezes all it touches
but my devotion to you stands strong

Winter brings hibernation
but my love for you never sleeps
