If you feel lost or confused do not spend your time doing nothing, do not waste time. Use that time wisely, make meaningful experiences a priority, spend time with the people you want to spend time with. Your spirit seeks freedom, you may of experienced health issues in recent months, understand this connection between your physical body and spiritual self. Implement healthy changes into your life, organic food, more time in nature, more time with those you love. This will bring new opportunities, creating a more supportive healthy lifestyle. This in turn will set your spirit free.
