Are you cutting yourself off from people around you. This month is about you and also those around you. I feel a lack of love around you right now. Acceptance for you, is the key, celebrate your uniqueness. This is a look in the mirror month and love what you see. Find something good to say about yourself right now, right this minute, look in the mirror and say ‘I love you’. Appreciate you, along with any flaws you may think you have about yourself. Allow yourself to ‘feel’, whatever that word means to you right now, feelings help us grow and become who we were meant to be. So stop being hard on yourself and allow things to just flow.
