This month is about finding your solitude, your peace, your time. Make time for you, make time to be alone, totally alone with no phones, computers, books, just you and nature.
You do not need to take on others worries, pull back, pull back from someone who is take take take. Pull back from someone who is taking you for granted. Pull back from someone who is not treating you how you deserve to be treated. Pass through all those barriers that are in your way, or excuses that people will make. You, are responsible only for your own existence. So find that desert island, find that time for you, make that time for you and remember no excuses!
